This is established through the two emails below sent out to the BoIMP membership ahead of the SGM:
The rule changes proposed affected Clauses 8-13, 21, 25 and 31, as shown below.
John Dawn proposed that Clause 8 be further amended, as follows.
John Dawn also proposed that Clause 10 be further amended, as follows.
John Booth moved that John Dawn's amendments to the refined rules be accepted; seconded Chris Richmond; carried.
John Booth moved that the refined rules be accepted for referral to the Registrar of Incoroporated Societies; seconded Chris Richmond; carried.
